  Staff are always helpful and friendly. Grooming serive is the best. Ensure you book well in advance. They book out 8-10 weeks. But they do have a wait list

  I went to take my dog in for a DIY bath using their facilities, which are great. The girls at the front were very helpful when I asked them how to work the dog wash. I also had a few questions to ask about fish keeping and how to keep the tank cleaner, one of the girls, Amy, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She talked to me about fish and we had a great conversation about our pets, while she patted my dog. Amy answered all my questions and even gave me extra advice. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The store is laid out in a way that is easy to navigate and find what you need. If there's a product you need that's not there, just ask the staff and they will help you however they can. Highly recommended, good store, fantastic staff!
