    They call themselves Pet City yet are not a participating part of the chain. Do not honour Pet City membership card, or West Australian Rabbit Society card as other stores do. Do not offer the same well-priced products and have no interest in providing the service that retains customer loyalty. Will never shop there again.

    Friendly staff, fair prices and they always have my crickets (for feeding my pet frogs)

    Very disappointed with this shop! Bought our puppy there and have been a good customer till today! The owner (male) perhaps ? very very rude and provided bad service! They have certainly lost my business and all my friends in the area!! Went across the road to CITY FARMERS to be greeted by smiles and friendly faces and everything much cheaper!!! Happy to discover that place!!!

    My wife went to the shop to Get some dog food, when paying she Only had small change! Owners reply: I dont want this "Crap"! We are looking for more friendly shop for the future!
